I am a student and I want buy mathcad for Students without limit on license. As I understand it will cost about 130-150 $. Where I can buy this in Russia (Moscow).

Vladimir, after install SP v 2.0 the problem still exist. Is there Student license for MathCAD Prime 2.0?

Try to log your issue by using "Mathcad Support Center":

Try to run a "Mathcad15WixInstaller" file from "mathcad" folder, included in the distribution package of the program:
