How to change header/foot dimensions in a template?

Hi,

I'd like to take an existing template and change the size of the headers and footers in it. I can't figure out how to do this (I can't click on the header/footer boundary and resize). Anyone know the procedure?

BTW, it would be nice if you could add a watermark to the document.

As ridiculous as it may sound, the "modern" Prime is simply not able to!

We have no ability to set the page margins either, or just a custom grid size. Sad thing.
