How to convert XMCD file into MCDX format?

Can someone please help me convert the files in this folder to MathCad Prime 7 files?

All but one of these files are (real) Mathcad 11 files.

These files reference the 97STM.MCD file, which you had asked to be converted before.

However this 97STM.MCD file contains locked regions, which cannot be converted as is. The locked regions need to be unlocked. You will need Mathcad 11 or higher AND the lock password to save the file with unlocked regions, before it can be converted.
