Try another pdf writer, such as CutePdf (www.cutepdf.com).
Your problem appears to be associated with the use of a certain font. Are you using a rare font? Can you share the sheet so we can try to print it?

I have the same problem.
By me no problem (Prime 3.1)
Try the following:
1. Install and print with CutePDF as another PDF printer: CutePDF :: Product :: CutePDF Writer
2. Use this tip: Re: Printing Problem with MathCAD Express 3.0
