How to model a Transistor in MATHCad?

Hi All. I m trying to model a circuit which is basically a CE amplifier.

I m not sure how to start. Can anyone please help?

How accurate do you want to model the transistor?

For what purpose do you want to model: Large signal or small signal (AC)?

Success!

As accurate as a Practical model. I want to perform worst case analysis as well using this model..

What do you think is a 'Practical' model?

In order to model you must have a circuit, know parameters of the components in the circuit. Do you have those?

What kind of worst-case scenario's do you want to investigate...component tolerances, environmental conditions, EMI situations?

But most importantly: why use Mathcad, and not an electronic circuit simulation application (e.g. LTspice)?

Success!

I have been using LT Spice to do so. but recently I went to one Automotive organisation and they are looking someone to report Worst Case analysis in MathCad. They have been using it for years. If I'm not wrong, then they use the H parameters and datasheet to do so. I need one good simple example/tutorial to move ahead.

Seems to me that asking them for, "An example of what they would like to see."  is a reasonable request that will give you exactly what you want.

you are a very reasonable Person.

I did the same after you suggested.

But the concerned person refused to provide quoting the favorite term "Confidentiality".

Thank you so much for trying.

I need a demo from them.  I will try some other way and I will upload the file if I get one.

First , please accept my apology for late reply.

I use LTspice for SWCA but some organizations require a documented report. I know the excel way but MathCad seems far superior when it comes to provide reports.

Sir, to perform Stress and worst case analysis on a Component level.

Maybe something like the attached? There're P4 so I hope you can open them.

please, what do you want?

this is one of the correct answer. Thank You So much. I could open these files.

This is relevant to the question asked by me(another ID).

Thank you So much. I totally get it now.
