How to multiply two arrays having same rows and columns ?

I have two arrays as shown in below snap, here i want to multiply both arrays ( matrix ) and answer should be as shown in second snap.

and I need answer with below form.

Do you know why a*b=10?

No. I don't know why a*b = 10

but I know how a*b = 10 ( its 1*3 + 2*2 + 3*1)
