1) I assume you are talking about the first Fermat point (= Toricelli point)
2) I assume you don't mean how to plot it but rather how to calculate its coordinates.
Here is a quick numeric approach. Benefit is that it works equally well also if one of the angles is >= 120 degree. 😉
