How to use Vlookup to populate a list box

Hi,

I have a table and I want to use the data in the first column to be displayed as a list box. Once the user select a certain item in the list, then the Vlookup will get a value associated with it. I just don't know how to assign the data from the table to the list box. Is it possible ?
