So basically i have :
I 4 1 -2 I
A + B = I 0 1 3 I
I 3 -1 1 I
I 2 1 0 I
A - B = I 4 -1 1 I
I -3 3 1 I
And have to find the A and B matrices, sadly im out of ideas how to do it.
I know it's probably an easy solution but i cant think of it, help please

After some thought i did it the same way, but i am now wondering if there is another way, because i have a similar one which cannot be solved like this, it is:
and i have to find A and B, so i was hoping there is an solution which can be used on similar problems.
