As you deleted the text where you asked how to specify the specific sheet in an Excel file I guess you found it in the help yourself: -> Excel Data Files
Note that the name "Sheet1" etc, is the default only for English versions of Excel. In my German version for example its "Tabelle1", etc. and of course you may also rename it at will.
So you may be better off to select the sheet by its number and not its name.
Just for sure here is an example using both ways:
