Prime 3.0 does not let me select the secondary drive when primary C drive is out of space, any quick fixes for this?

The issue came up during the MP3 installation. Primary drive was full, and the installer brought up the list of secondary drives, however they could not be selected.
I take it this is no longer an issue as the license for M' 3 alpha has expired?
