Laplace transform in 14M030

I need some help to understand what is happening.
This simple file produces an out of memory error in 14M030 using WinXP,SP3 with plenty of ram.

Thankyou, Mona. I had the error on Vista 64, and two XP machines. 11.2a =handles this easily. Each machine had a very large swap filr.
