Lookup Mathcad 15 to prime

i have problem, i don't have same result with lookup function on MC15 and Prime 4

On Prime

The matrix A is same matrix to MC15

The convert tool doesn't work

The tolerance system variable is set to 0.001.

Try (at the top of the sheet) typing,  "TOL := 10^-8"

That (surprisingly) can sometimes make a difference
