MathCAD Prime 2.0 Licensing

Howdy...

We seem to be having some issues with Prime2... We can not get the license server information to stick once it is input on the install phase and after installing MathCAD 15 ( M010 ). It doesn't seem to matter if the enviornmental variable is set either.
