MathCad 14 server license issue

We are migrating from an old 32bit to a new 64bit server. I have re-installed FlexLM which I also need for other licenses and I got a new license file for MathCad 14. I then just copied the ptc_d.exe from the old machine to the new machine and hoped everyhing would work fine. Of course I also adjusted the upper two lines in the license file to indicate the host name and the lmgrd path.

For some reason I can't get the license started. All other licenses running in FlexLM (for example Autodesk) work fine using the same method.

Anybody any idea what I did wrong?
