Mathcad 15 Licensing Issue

Hi Mathcad Team, Last week I got a message from our Custommers, he has old version of mathcad which mean Mathcad 15, and he has a license issue. We tried to solve the issue, but we got stucked. The new license mathcad Prime can't be installed on their mathcad installer setup So,here is my question, is mathcad 15 is not available anymore in 2025? do you have any information about it anyway he has a locked license

Mathcad 15 is not for sale anymore and support has ended.

License files issued for current Prime versions are only valid for Prime version 7 and higher. They are not valid for older Prime versions and also not for real Mathcad (MC15 and before).

If you (or your customer) can proof the ownership of a perpetual license, it may be worth contacting official PTC support and see if they can be of help. No guarantee - it is quite possible that the 'help' is limited to the advice to downgrade to Prime and pay the annual fee from now on.

Have you gotten an answer on this? I have reached out to PTC and I can't get a straight answer. When I renewed this year my mathcad 15 stopped working. PTC says that there is no reason for me to install but I already have it installed, just need to open. I have hundreds of files that I need to get to. Very frustrating.
