How to force Mathcad Prime 2.0 to remove the "i" from the denominator an write the function in the form a + i*b ?
I have a function Y(F)=1+i*F. When I take 1/Y(F) and then symbolic evaluation I get 1/(1+ i*F). When I multiply the numerator and the denominator by the complex conjugate of Y(F) I still get the same expression 1/(1+ i*F).
Any help will be much appreciated.

Use "rectangular" from the symbolic palette - this will do the job.

Thank you very much for the hint. It works perfectly.
I noticed however that wehen I am using a function (see attached) then "rectangular" will just yield "Re{X} + Im{X} which is not very useful.
Any remedy for that?
It's a typo. You have a lower case "z" instead of an upper case "Z".
shame on me!
