Mathcad Prime 3.0 installation failure on Windows 10

The installation on Windows 10 failed. Is there any chance to be installed on this OS ?

Any version of Prime should install with no problem on Windows-10.

Prime 3 is no exception.

What exactly went wrong?

Thank you for your fast response.

The issue with my installation is that when I get to application selection there is no application to select (photo attached) and the folder created on my disk is empty.

Looks like you are not the first user experiencing this problem.
The last post with this problem I could find was this one: https://community.ptc.com/t5/PTC-Mathcad/install-mathcad-prime/m-p/566829#M181889

Unfortunately the only advice we could give is to contact PTC support.

Thank you for your advice and hints. Problem solved.

I followed your link and got a hint from Peterle how he solved his problem. Furthermore, using https://www.ptc.com/appserver/lm/mathcad/download/index.jsp I was able to download the release Prime 3.0 folder for my  Mathcad Prime 3.0 Student Edition and using my license the installation went smoothly.
