As your error states, you have a unit unbalance. If you make the second term unitless the problem will solve:
Note that the units chosen may affect the result.

That will not work lake that.
You are subtracting a number with units (the expression involving the square root) from a number without units. That makes no sense.
Figure out the meaning of 1.15 and 5.75, or if you need to supply Hs and Tp without units.
