Well.....essentially Prime Express is a viewer for any Prime sheet, but certainly not more than that. (You can see any stored results, but you cannot successfully recalculate if 'advanced' features are used on the sheet.)
As others have said, that's not possible. You have not said which version of Mathcad you are using, but if it's Mathcad 15 then the results are not stored in the file, and so you can't view them unless the worksheet calculates.
If all you want is a dead view of a worksheet with preset input values, why not just print to a pdf and view that on your phone?
