It used to be that when you buy a new licensee from Mathcad you will get 30 days of support for updates or answering questions. Nowdays, it seems that PTC is changing that to "0" days of support unless you have an entrerpise licensee. I got my new cd today, to my suprise it came loaded with M.020. Great a brand new licensee with old software. When I tried to connect to the mathcad server. The web server stated I do not have enough access rights and I need to update to enterprise level to get un upadte. Does anybody have the same experience?
