I was asked to find out if upgrading to Mathcad Prime 2 is a good idea for our company. It's easy to know what new features Mathcad Prime 2 offers. However, I also need to know what features are missing so we can make an educated decision if we should switch or wait. PTC does not post this information anywhere so I have tried to put some of it together.
Here is a document of the lost functionalities if we switch to MP2 from Mathcad 14 or 15. Please feel free to add to this document and repost it. That would be helpful to me and to others contemplating the switch. I have mostly focused on the document formatting but have yet to look into the programming and the plotting functions of the software.
