    Eliminated the comparison operator as its something more for my eyes to see and left the equation that solved one part.

    You can use an OR operator, you find it in the operators panel of the ribbon, there's also an AND operator:

    Utilized the and operator to simplify the function program. That solved the other part of the problem.
