OBDCread Custom Function

Hello,

Is anyone able to get the OBDCread custom function to work?  The error seems to be when I indicate the proper directory for the Custom Function folder.

I'm trying to connect to a 64-bit Access database and I keep getting the following error when I change the folder's path:
