One Regression problem

Is it possible to solve the regression analysis problem in attach (Mathcad 15 & Prime 6) by changing guess values? Or the formula does not approach such set of date?

Actually your function only has three parameters to play with

You can get rid of C3.

Pretty sure that its not a suitable model.
