Plotting 3D graph

Hello to all, 

I've already look a lot in the forum, but I just couldn't find an answer to this, I guess, simple question. I have a matrix like this: 

I want to extract the data from the fifth line of all the {5,1} and throw it in a different array. I have tried using Ctrl+6, but with no success. The second point is that I want, then, to create a 3D plot with the results. Anyone has a hint on how to accomplish these two matters ?

Here are three different appraoches which should do the job

According the 3D plot I am not sure what you want to see. A 3D plot of just a 3x3 matrix?
