Prime 2.0 e-book support or functionality

I have created my own e-book of common calcs I do in Mathcad 14. Prime 2 currently does not support e-books and this is what my current employer uses. I would like to set the company up with an e-book for the calcs they do. Does Prime 2 have a comparable function or will it be in a near term release?

Prime 2 doesn't offer anything compareable to e-books.

Prime 3 is scheduled for end of this summer but from what I have read so far (e.g. http://communities.ptc.com/message/208602#208602) we are not supposed to get e-books there.

In P3 we can expect templates, user DLLs, math in text regions, global definitions, minimize/maximize in solve blocks, xy-plotlimit raised from 50000 to 500000 as in MC15 and below, formatting of math regions, ...

So nothing new for MC15 or MC14 users.

If you buy Prime2 you are entitled to use Mathcad15 using the same license file. So why don't you upgrade and stay with MC15 as most experience users seems to do?

Its unclear to me how long we will have to wait until Prime is a worthwhile alternative/successor.

Sorry - minimize/maximize without solve blocks

Yes, the info here (on page 4)

http://www.qucosa.de/fileadmin/data/qucosa/documents/11444/SAXSIM_2013_Wuest_MathcadPrime3_0.pdf

seems to be wrong /resp. wrong translated.

It (minimize/maximize without solve blocks) is in Mathcad Prime 3 from Matcad Prime Minister!

See http://communities.ptc.com/docs/DOC-3201

Thanks Werner. I have been very disappointed with Prime and will take your suggestion on sticking with MC15. Totally agree with your last statement on how long will it be before Prime is equivalent to MC15. In my opinion it has already been tooooooooooooooooo long!

What about control buttons, i.e radio, list/box, etc? Any insight on when those might be available?

No, not me. I don't even know if scripted components are on PTCs todo-list at all.
