Without anything to look at its hard to say what you are seeing in the printout. May it be the top few points of the regions on the next page? Maybe you consider posting the worksheet and/or a pdf print showing the effect, if possible.
Prime handles page breaks awfully bad and will cut horizontally (what else) right through a line of text.
Also headers and footers are not converted from MC15 to Prime. Even as Prime has some similar rudimentary features, the converter seems not be aware of them.
