In mathcad 15 you simply solved for a single variable by typing the equation and using the solve--> function. I know the following equation is solved in anyone's head but I'm trying to find out the general idea of how to solve variables in MAthcad Prime. How do you solve for "j" in the following equation given that "x" and "y" are defined?
x+y+j=102
Symbolic math is not implemted in Prime 1.0. Your only option woulf be to solve numerically using a solve block.
You can, however, still do a numerical solve, which is probably all that's necessary since you have numerical entries.
