System ODEs and AEs with rkfixed and rkadapt

I have a System of 2 ODEs and one Algebraic Equ

By using rkfixed or rkadapt function I must have only 2 ODEs

Is it possible to have have ODEs and Algebraic Equations in rkfixed or rkadapt? With an integral?
