If I define a text BLOCK, then resize it to have less width, this automatically increases the number of lines and the height of the region. This also "pushes down" data below, as expected. However, if I resize the BLOCK to be wider, thus automatically reducing the number of lines, the data below is not "moved up." Isn't this supposed to be one of the features of a BLOCK; adding OR removing lines should affect the position of regions below?
