Text entry scroll on righthand panel.

Text entry scroll on righthand panel.

When trying to enter a text entry comment box on the righthand side (past the regular page boundary) the screen will auto scroll as you type off the righthand side of the screen.

The bug is that the scrolling does not keep the whole of the righthand edge of the text region on screen. The text one is entering disappears just behind the regular up-down windows scroll bar, and the re-size handle (black square blob) is totally behind it and against the edge of the Windows window position.

I suspect the programmer has incorrectly picked up the wrong position parameter for the test comparison while doing the scroll. The programmer should be getting the internal edge location of the display canvas, rather than the external edge of the window.

Not clear, is it specific to 14 ?

I see this as a minor annoyance, rather than a major bug, since you can just resize the window to see the right-hand edge. But I do see what you mean.

This is something to prevent in the next major release, but it won't be logged as a major bug to be fixed for Mathcad 14.
