Why I'm having wrong units, there shell not be Pa in the denominator

You should ALWAYS attach the (or a) worksheet that demonstrates the problem.

The unit should be only MPa but in the result the unit is MPa/Pa . You can find it in page 6 , the sheet is attached
Prime10 shows MPa.
Obviously you attached the wrong sheet.
In the sheet you sent, chapter B.3 is on page 5, not on page 6 and the result is, as ttokoro already said, showing the correct unit MPa.
This is what we see when we just open your worksheet and usually this as also what you had seen when you saved it:

The screenshot you showed means that the values in q... are unit-less! Because you demand them to be showed with unit MPa, Prime compensates using the default pressure unit Pa - thats the 1/Pa you see in your picture.
Because you sent a wrong file, we cannot say why the values in the vector q are unit-less.
