Units system change

How do I get the lbf-ft units always when evaluating the equation. I need to enter it manually  always

I am using USCS unit system should I change it?

Every unit system you chose has its standard units the results are displayed in. You can't change that and if you need different units you unfortunately  have to manually change them one by one.
