Because you used an inaccurate value when you converted psf to psi as ssato already indicated. Use more decimals and you get the result accurate to more than the two decimals as shown in your sheet:
You can't expect the results to be the same up to nine decimals if your calculation uses a value which is just rounded to 2 decimals!
They are same with using same units.
