Zoom and Trace problem

I have MathCad 14.0.0.163

The Zoom and Trace feature for XY plots does not work. For either feature I get a dialog box that seems to be inactive (see attached). Any ideas?

No need for a 2MB image that does not speak.

1. click in the graph
2. get the menu tool
3. get the tracking tool
4. select track
5. click on the trace, bingo.

And you will be damned surprised how faithfully it will track a trace in the mixture of many more. Use the arrows pad for fine tracking, and if you want finer tracking again, plot more points by meshing finer the argument...up to 499999 in 11.2a.

For trace, click somewhere on the graph. For zoom, click somewhere, hold the left mouse button, and drag to form a rectangle. Then the dialogs will no longer be blank.
