cannot upgrade to full license

I have a company license to use Mathcad prime version 10. I provided license server name and port number. But when I open a file, it shows me to run this feature you need to upgrade to full license. There is a message: "This is a premium feature. To use this and other premium features, please upgrade to a full license using the upgrade button."  When I try to upgrade the license, it directs me to purchase the feature. 

 

Other coworker does not need to upgrade to use the feature. Please let me know how to fix the problem. We are in different time zones.

Hi,

1.] start Mathcad prime version 10

2.] click MartinHanak_0-1744176850725.png > Options

3.] enter server name & port

4.] click Close

 

Note: If the above procedure does not work then the access to the license can be blocked by firewall running on server or local machine.

How to set the license source to version 11.19 or higher? Can you please help me with this?

Hi,

open https://www.ptc.com/support/-/media/support/refdocs/Creo_Parametric/compatibility/PTC_LMS_Download.pdf file and download zip file mentioned on following picture.

On server:

  • make a backup of license file
  • uninstall current FLEXnet
  • unzip downloaded file
  • run setup.exe
  • install  FLEXnet 11.19.6.1
