As the only way to do so would be to retype the whole sheet in real Mathcad, I am pretty sure that there is nobody here willing to do so.
If your problem is that you can't open the mcdx file and don't know whats inside, you have at least two options:
1) ask here if somebody would be willing to make a pdf-print of the file
2) Install the current trial version of Prime. It will work as a full version for a month and then falls back to a very limited and crippled version which still is able to open and display (but not recalculate) every Prime sheet.
