error message when I'm trying to license ,error 401

Think that the error "Unauthorized" error you get when during the installation you try to login at PTC to get your license file.

- Check your PTC web account user name and password and try again.

- Try creating a new user account and use that

- Contact PTC support

I have done all of these things listed, nothing is working for me either. And their computerized representatives arent of any help either. I hope you find a solution so that i can try it. Best of luck dealing with the PTC people.

We are aware of this issue with Mathcad 15.0 trial licenses and are currently investigating. Will post when identified and resolved.
