license expiration

I am an adjunct professor and I'm using PTC Mathcad Prime 8.0.0.0 [Academic] I get a message when I start the program ""License expiring (full functionality - X days remaining).  I can't locate instructions on how to renew my license. The chatbot is useless. Can someone helpme?
