odesolve variable undefined

Hi Guys

I am a civil engineering student and completly new to mathcad. I wanted to do the example 3-3 (solve differential equations with a solve block).

I did it exactly as shown in the task but I always get the error that the variable is not defined. I have no idea what I am doing wrong and would be grateful if somebady could help me.
