How can i add a "hat" symbol above a variable?

Mostly you can't. In MC14 you can use the combining ^ character (Unicode). It works with some fonts, but not with all.

These are the ones I most often use. To enter, toggle NumLk, then hold down the Alt key and use the numeric keypad to enter the number.




Example of using the combining ^ character. You might be able to find a font you find acceptable that renders this correctly.

We can (in WebSheets) and must (in WorkSheets - in future) use pictures as variable name.
