What have you done so far and where exactly you got stuck in the handling of Mathcad?

Attach please your sheet.

I guess this link, while 20 years old and using Mathcad 3 (!!), should help :http://www.users.csbsju.edu/~frioux/reprints/JCE1992pA240.pdf

Some other links which might be of interest, too:

But then, you sure can use Google yourself 😉

Thank you for your response,

I didn't use mathcad, so I don't know about it. can you tell how to create the worksheet for this variational method. what are the information should be include in the worksheet. pls explain...

Again a very unspecific question.

What have you done so far to get acquainted with the software?

You may start with the documentation you got, use a decent primer or get your hands on the help sheets which are installed along with the software. The help is also available online here http://www.ptc.com/cs/help/mathcad_hc/prime2_hc/

Also you can find this article in the attachment.

The link Alan provided and you sent the file from was also amongst the list of links in my first answer.

But it seems that Anitha is looking for mor basic information about the usage of Mathcad, not sure though.

Ok.
