My Mathcad 15 student edition will not print in Windows 10 to any device including external printer or internal PDF converter, etc. Converting a file to prime 1 will allow printing to work from Prime 1. Reinstalled both Mathcad 15 and Prime 1 with no fix. Version M045 of Mathcad 15 did not help. Are there fixes available? I am running software on an HP Pavilion desktop.

A lot of useful information except for the missing link to downloading the Mathcad 15 with the M050 update. I tried the Mathcad website and was informed that I do not have the necessary "privileges" to access the site. I have the student version of Mathcad 15 and when I previously updated it to version 045, I downloaded a trial version and then applied my purchase code to make it permanent. Can I do this again for version 050 of Mathcad 15 student version? Again, I need the link to the trial version of Mathcad 15. Thanks.

Yeah, PTC is hiding the trial version of Mathcad 15 quite well.
Try these:
https://www.ptc.com/en/products/mathcad/free-trial/thank-you
https://www.ptc.com/en/products/mathcad/free-trial
http://download.ptc.com/products/mathcad/trial/mc15/Mathcad15_EN.zip
But be careful with your purchase code (they call it product code, I guess). It may be valid just for one or two installations.
As long as its MC15 (no matter which maintenance release) the license file you got during the last install still should be valid. So before you uninstall your current version save that license file. The file is sent to you by PTC server automatically during installation when you enter a valid product code and binds to the MAC address of your primary network interface. The file usually is named "license.dat" and stored in the "licenses" directory in the installation directory of Mathcad.
It may be, that if you install the current MC over an existing installation that the license file will be recognized and you don't have to do anything to relicense the new version, but you are on the save side if you save away that license file before updating.
Have you installed the latest release service M050?
