Hi Takashi,

The uninstall application should be located here:

<Install path>\ThingWorx Manufacturing Apps

Please let us know if you are still unable to locate this file.

Polina Osipova - In my test setup, I did not have the uninstall.exe in the downloaded zip, either. It was created in that directory above after running the install (setup.exe).

Best regards,

Steven M

Could you please provide a screenshot of what your unzipped archive looks like? Should be this:

Hello.

Thanks for reply.

The source of the file is "01_install_process" attached.
The contents which unzipped this becomes "02 _ Unzipped archive" attached.
As you can see, it differs from the thawing content of the archive that received the answer.
Is the acquired file different
?

Freemium might not include all of the features..

Steven Marchessault do you know who could assist with this if the downloadable supplied by ptc is indeed incomplete?

If you re-run the setup.exe in the downloaded zip, it will run you through the uninstaller of the application.

Thanks,

Milan

Hello.

Thank you for reply.
There was an uninstaller at the described address.
Uninstallation was successfully done, ManufacturingApps could be deleted.
(It is as attached image)

After uninstalling, by running setup.exe again,
Installation was successful.

Everyone, thank you for the advice.

Best Regards,

takashi
