Industrial Thing frequently gets disconnected

Hello All,

Problem Statement:

In detail:

All Industrial Things were connected to KepServer Devices

In Thingworx created Industrial Thing Shape and assigned to gateway

Also mapped KepServer Device properties to the newly created Industrial Thing

Now Industrial thing shows connected and all properties value gets updated

When i navigate to other Industrial Thing and come back to the older Industrial Thing, then it shows disconnected

I executed the service "Restart Industrial thing" --> then it shows connnected/

But problem like when i navigate to other Industrial thing, this Restarted Industrial thing goes disconnected

This problem repeats..

Hi @sreni,

You should receive errors in the logs, can you please post them in the thread. Also check from Projects in Kepserver regarding the settings for:

Host, Port, Thing Name, Application Key

Look into Kepware event logs and check if your kepware is connected to ThingWorx or not.

Check the value of property "IndustrialThing" on your industrial things which is showing disconnected in Composer.
