I have struggled to get the installer to complete. I have uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times. I have set permissions to full control where applicable. The JAVA install completes but the PostgreSQL steps don't complete. Here is a snippet from the end of the log

Greetings Brad,
Please see the recommendations contained in these two postings:
Why has the install stopped during the 'Servlet Engine' install step?
Why has the installer stopped during the PostgreSQL install step?
Start with the second post, and verify you have the necessary RAM for this step of the install to complete. Then, refer to Suggestion 3 in the first posting, where it describes manually starting the ThingWorx Servlet Engine Service, at the point where the install hangs.
Do either of these (or any of the other recommendations contained in the posts) work for you? If not, please post a screenshot of the error you are seeing.
Best regards,
Steven M
I looked in my Programs and couldn't find a PostgreSQL program listed to uninstall.
