What is going on with the Windchill board?

While in an IE browser I am continuously getting notified of past posts.  And this morning notifications icon at the top of the page showed 17 new entries but all of them are old.

The notifications has been going since I logged in almost 10 minutes ago.

Is this because of the move?

And it's still going.

I am still not getting any email notifications. Is the remapping still going on or is it something else?
