Hello,

i cant find any license for either Creo 3 Creo 4 or creo 5. There is always a "404 - Page Not Found"" error. How to get them? I did already download it from the university.

Hi,

your question is not clear enough. Please provide more details.

1.]

Creo installation packages are available on www.ptc.com/appserver/auth/it/esd/academicFree.jsp page. You have to create academic account to access this page. The link enabling account creation is available on the same page.

2.]

If you download zip file, you have to unzip it and launch setup.exe.

During installation you have to enter Product Code. Its value depends on Creo version you want to install.

Thanks for your answer.

Yes I've got a academic account and already downloaded it on this page.

But I can't find a Product Code there. Originally i wanted to install Creo 3.0

Thanks!

Hi,

what Creo version do you want to install.

Hi,

you can install Creo 5.0 firstly. You will get license file which you can use during Creo 4.0 installation, too.

I am unable to download Creo 2 on the webpage: https://support.ptc.com/appserver/auth/it/esd/academicFree.jsp

A pic of the webpage is attached.

Is there a reason 2.0 can't be downloaded?

Hi,

@Jaime_Lee  please can you report to the appropriate PTC department that Creo 2.0 download link https://esd.ptc.com/files/ENG/MED-100WIN-CD-390_M130_Win32-64.zip is broken ?

@MartinHanak

Thank you for bringing to my attention.  I notified the Academic Team of the issue.  I will follow up.

Hello,

Creo 2.0 Educational was retired, that is why it is no longer available for download.

Is there any reason you need Creo 2.0 and not a new version?

Thanks,

Alex

Hi Alex,
