Can't apply for student software

Hello, 

I'm trying to download the Creo Parametric 5.0 student software. When I fill out the form to request this software, it says my phone number is not valid; I've tried my brother's phone number as well and it says his is not valid as well. 

Do you have any ideas on what the problem is?

try following procedure.

1.] go to https://support.ptc.com/appserver/common/account/createAccount.jsp?tab=student and create academic account at PTC

2.] follow instructions in attached install_creo5_schools_standard.pdf
